Common questions
I signed up but never got my 6-digit code.
Check your junk or spam folder first — new senders sometimes land there. The email comes from hello@steadylife.app with the subject "Your Beneath code." You can also tap "Send a new code" in the app. Codes expire after an hour.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Beneath. Cancelling stops future charges; everything you've written stays yours — readable, editable, exportable — and reflections already written stay readable too. Only the noticing stops.
I subscribed but the app doesn't show it.
On the subscription screen, tap "Restore purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at hello@steadylife.app from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account and everything in it. Details on what we store (and what we never do with it) are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I export my writing?
Email us and we'll send you a complete export of your Truths, Wins, and reflections. A one-tap export inside the app is on our list.
